Who put a Formula One car upside down?

The art world just realized that New York City I, a Piet Mondrian painting from 1942, has been hanging upside down for almost 75 years. MoMA first displayed it in 1945, but according to curator Susanne Meyer-Büser, "the thickening of [Mondrian's] grid should be at the top, like a dark sky", and not on the bottom like we are used to see. “A modern Formula One car is capable of developing 5G lateral cornering force thanks to aerodynamic downforce. That means that, theoretically, at high speeds they could drive upside down”.

And so I combined, once again in the motorsport world, art and cars. The Formula One 2022 chassis serves as a canvas for fusing the ideals of Piet Mondrian's Neoplasticism with an amusing error that has only recently emerged.
